Y’all who read me regularly know that I’m not much of a product reviewer or promoter. Which is a little odd, as I am quite a shopper, and I love finding unique things. I also love promoting things that are near and dear to my heart. But I doubt this blog will ever be the venue for that type of stuff.
However, there have been a few things I’ve been wanting to talk about recently, and since buying is the reason for the season (DO NOT leave a hateful comment just because you have no sense of humor), I thought I would do a couple of posts on PEOPLE/BUSINESSES THAT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.
I’m starting off with Baby Feet, which is a jewelry line designed by my in-real-life friend Kristen. Grab a tissue for this story.

After the birth of her first child, Colton, Kristen wanted a piece of jewelry to celebrate him. She couldn’t find anything that resonated with her, so she decided to create her own bracelet. She designed a charm that represented his sweet little feet. In her words:
I chose the feet not only in celebration of a newborn, but because we watch our children grow with each step they take in life — from the monumental first step to walking down the aisle to starting their own family. Then Colton passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. And what was a piece of jewelry to celebrate his life also became a token to help her overcome her grief.
